We gladly accept returns caused by our error. If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods. All returns must be pre-authorized and accepted returns which are not a result of our error may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Due to health regulations and the safety of our customers, any products that have been opened may not be returned under any circumstances.

Specialty or customized orders including, but not limited to, custom-sized containers, custom products, or custom mixed products are not returnable under any circumstance.

We reserve the right to refuse returns which do not comply with this return policy.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at [email protected] with details of the product and the defect. You will receive instructions and an address to send your return to. Do Not return items without first contacting us. Returns without an authorization will not be processed.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.


Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:

  • Samples
  • Opened/Used Items
  • Discontinued Items


Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
